Terms and Conditions
Alphabet Monkey is a tiny brand located coast south of Sydney in Australia. As such, all pricing is in Australian dollars.
We reserve the right to change any of our terms and conditions, shipping policies, pricing etc without notice.
Shipping
Alphabet Monkey currently send all parcels with Australia Post with tracking.
We offer shipping worldwide so if your country is not coming up please contact us for a quote.
Shipping internationally does not come with tracking included. We can add this to your order if you contact us. Items sent overseas will generally take at least 10-14 business days (USA) sooner for some countries. We will not a parcel lost until at least 5 weeks has passed.
In the event of a missing parcel within Australia , we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and will not consider sending replacement items until the enquiry has concluded and deemed to be the fault of Australia Post. Alphabet Monkey will not be liable for items delivered to the residence with tracking and having gone missing after this.
Returns and Exchanges
To be honest we haven't really had any of these which is great to know. We pride ourselves in providing an exclusive and high quality product and I think this is reflected in the by fact we rarely have returns.
If you feel your item is faulty in some way we will be more than happy to replace or refund. However we will not refund in the instance that the customer has not read the detailed product information we provide for them. In this instance we can exchange an item that has not been used with the return postage and subsequent re-shipping cost being borne by the customer.
Customs and Duties
Any customs, taxes or duties that may be payable in another country other than Australia are the responsibility of the customer and not Alphabet Monkey.
We provide costings of the product and the shipping to arrive to your country however we are not aware or up to date with any additional charges that may be incurred by your own country. Please check with your countries customs offices to see if you will be liable for additional costs.
Pre-orders
We know that you often like to secure your items so that you don't miss out when we are waiting for new limited ranges to arrive. Unfortunately shipping estimates can and do change without notice due to forces out of our control. However we will always try to keep you up to date.
SIDS and Safety
Every country has different rules and regulations regarding SIDS and safe sleeping.
We want your baby to be safe and recommend you follow the guidelines in your country.
In Australia it is recommended that you do not place quilts, pillows or cushions in the cot with baby until at least 12 mths old. We encourage you to use them in other ways around your nursery while baby is sleeping and remember that your quilt can be a travel rug or play mat also while baby is small.
We encourage you to use your Alphabet Monkey items safely and to follow all regulations set out by the govt and SIDS foundation.
